7-Day DOA Guarantee (Dead on Arrival):
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service Team at cinadigital24@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery for RMA authorization. Once returned and confirmed faulty, we’ll provide a free replacement (return shipping reimbursed) or a full refund.
Special Notes:
- Clear photos or videos of the defect and packaging are required (under 2MB; larger files can be sent via email).
- Use CinaDigital-approved shipping methods for returns.
- Return shipping reimbursement is based on a valid return receipt.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Typically, packages are delivered within 7 to 14 days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Warranty
14-Day Refund Guarantee for Unopened Items:
If you change your mind within 14 days of delivery, you can return the item for a refund.
Conditions:
- Conditions:Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
1-Year Repair Warranty:
Unless stated otherwise, products include a 1-year free repair warranty from the delivery date.
Key Details:
- Return shipping fees are paid by the customer; CinaDigital covers shipping for the repaired item.
- Misused or damaged items are not eligible for free repair but can be repaired at the customer’s expense.
The warranty is void if:
- The product is opened, modified, or improperly used.
- The item is used after detecting a fault, causing further damage.

Payment
Payment Cancellation Fees:
Before Shipment: A 4.2% PayPal transaction fee will be deducted if canceled due to a change of mind.
After Shipment: Refunds cover only the product cost. Shipping and PayPal fees are non-refundable.
Note: PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable under new rules.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: Contact cinadigital24@gmail.com for cancellations.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled but can be returned under the 14-Day Refund Guarantee.
Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items:
Inspect your package before signing for delivery.
Steps to Resolve:
Contact Customer Service with your order number and product code.
Provide clear photos of the packaging, shipping labels, and any incorrect items.
Solutions:
Missing items: Resent free of charge.
Incorrect items: Choose between a refund or replacement. Return shipping is reimbursed for confirmed errors.
Processing Times
Exchanges: 3–6 business days after return.
Refunds: 3–6 business days after return, plus payment provider processing time.
Repairs: 7–14 business days, depending on spare parts availability.
