Standard Warranty
CinaDigital provides a One-Year Standard Warranty on most products, offering customers confidence and peace of mind when shopping on our platform. The warranty period begins from the invoice date and includes shipping, return shipping, and repair duration.
• Mobile Phones and Tablets: Up to 12 months warranty covering manufacturer defects and faults. Customers are responsible for shipping devices to our service center.
• Waterproof Products, Accessories, and Gadgets: Warranty is limited to the manufacturer’s warranty or a 30-day in-store warranty, whichever is longer.
Warranty Coverage
CinaDigital’s warranty covers:
1. Manufacturer Defects: Repair of defects or faults in production causing the product to malfunction within the warranty period.
2. Material Faults: Repair of faults in product materials causing malfunction.
3. Rechargeable Batteries: Replacement of detachable rechargeable batteries for up to 1 month.
4. Product Replacement: If repair costs are uneconomical or the product is no longer available, we may replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value (based on market value at the time).
General Terms
• All warranty claims must be submitted via email to cinadigital24@gmail.com.
• Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a PayPal receipt or invoice email, and include the product’s serial number or IMEI (if applicable).
• Warranty requests apply only to defects that occur under normal usage and as specified by the manufacturer.
What’s Not Covered by the Warranty
CinaDigital’s warranty does not cover the following:
1. Consumable Products: Items like batteries, films, and accessories.
2. Physical Damage: Damage caused by impact, falls, liquid exposure, extreme temperatures, improper handling, or misuse.
3. Software or Firmware Issues: Problems caused by modifications, rooting, or jailbreaking.
4. Wear and Tear: Normal wear, corrosion, or degradation over time.
5. Unauthorized Repairs: Any repairs or modifications made by unauthorized personnel.
6. External Factors: Damage caused by natural disasters, theft, fire, or accidents outside our control.
7. Data Loss: Loss of data or damage caused by non-CinaDigital-approved networks or software.
8. Display Damage: Cracked or damaged screens due to improper usage.
9. Shipping Damage: Products improperly packed during shipment to the service center.
Customer Responsibilities
• Customers are responsible for safely shipping products to CinaDigital for repairs.
• Do not include unnecessary accessories unless instructed by our support team.
• Customers bear repair or inspection costs if the product’s fault is not covered by the warranty.
• Notify CinaDigital via email if your address changes while your product is being repaired.
Special Notes
• Liquid Damage: Warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by exposure to liquid, moisture, or other contaminants.
• Neglect and Misuse: Damage caused by abnormal use, improper storage, or neglect is not covered.
• Backup Your Data: Customers are responsible for creating backups of all software and data. CinaDigital is not liable for any data loss.
How to Submit a Warranty Request
1. Email cinadigital24@gmail.com with your product details, serial number, and a description of the issue.
2. Include proof of purchase for validation.
3. Ship your device to the address provided by our support team for inspection or repair.
CinaDigital will evaluate warranty claims and disputes in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Our goal is to ensure a fair resolution and provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for all customers.
